Tucked into the foothills of Oregon's Coast Range in Dallas, OR
580 ft to 720 ft above sea level.
Primarily southeast to west exposure, with smaller blocks facing east and north.
Bellpine silty clay loam. The Bellpine series consists of moderately deep, well drained soils that formed in colluvium of sedimentary rocks. This reddish clay ancient seafloor soil provides premier wine grape terrain with moderate vigor and deep rooting into soft siltstone bedrock.
